Susan Mihalic is a writer and editor from Mississippi. She holds a B.A. in journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi. After graduation, she worked as a children’s book editor for Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, and later was an editor and curriculum writer for Jostens Learning Corporation, where she met Frederick Aragon and a natural collaboration was born.

Mihalic is the founder of the No Coast Writers’ Group and is working on a novel.
